Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 June 2026Who this is
This site is run by Daria, based in Nyon, Switzerland. If you have any questions about this policy or your personal data, you can reach her directly at dariamhappy@gmail.com.
What we collect
The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, your email address, and the message you write.
We do not use cookies, trackers, or analytics on this site, so beyond what you submit through the form, no other personal data is collected.
Why we collect it
We use your name, email, and message for one reason only: to read your enquiry and reply to you. We don't use it for marketing, newsletters, or anything beyond that conversation, unless you separately ask to be added to a mailing list.
How it's handled
When you submit the contact form, your name, email, and message are sent directly to Daria's inbox so she can reply to you personally. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, beyond the technical service used to deliver the message to that inbox.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in Daria's email inbox for as long as is reasonably useful for handling your enquiry, the same as any other email. If you'd like your message deleted sooner, just ask.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Vercel and its code is stored on GitHub. Like most hosting providers, they may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) as part of standard, routine server operation. This is not used by us for tracking or profiling.
Your rights
Under Swiss data protection law, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, request that it be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. To do any of this, just email dariamhappy@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We'd encourage checking back occasionally if you have concerns.
